Glenrothes man fined £200 for breaching bail conditions

A Glenrothes man who admitted breaching his bail conditions has been fined £200.

Richard Wallace, of Carleton Avenue, appeared before Sheriff Alison Michie at Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court.

Wallace, 32, admitted that having been granted bail on November 23, 2020 and being subject to the condition not to enter an address in Paterson Park, Leslie and not to contact a woman, did so between December 12, 2020 and January 27, 2021, therefore breaching the terms of his bail.

Sheriff Michie fined him £200 for the breach.
